Ensuring the future of work delivers for London’s diverse workforce

London’s diverse workforce is a source of strength and contributes to much of its success and appeal, but opportunity across the capital is not spread fairly or evenly. And now with an escalating cost-of-living crisis and rapidly changing world of work, new barriers threaten to prevent many of London communities from participating and thriving in the workplace. This session will explore how businesses and policymakers can harness the potential of the future of work to widen access to London’s jobs market and boost inclusion.
