Purpose Built Student Accommodation Roundtable

Closing the Gap: Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting in the Workplace

The Government is set to introduce mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting for firms with 250 staff or more, as is already the case on gender. As a key driver of removing barriers to progression to leadership roles and driving race equity, boosting employer awareness of this change will be crucial to its success. This interactive session for practitioners, held in partnership with the Change the Race Ratio Campaign, will give BusinessLDN members the opportunity to gain vital insight on implementing an ethnicity pay gap reporting strategy.
