Delivering climate and business resilience in London with Thames Water: Investing in strategic water resources

Climate change poses significant risks for London and the UK as a place to do business. As the weather becomes more extreme and less predictable, the risk of drought and water shortages is increasing. In London and the South East, if we do not take preventative action, we face a water shortage of up to one billion litres a day by 2050. Severe drought could cost London’s economy as much as £500 million per day.
