Sarah Barnard

Sarah Barnard is a Director at Linklaters responsible for the successful global adoption of AI. With her first-in-kind team of over 20 practice-embedded AI Lawyers supporting Linklaters in effective use of AI, Sarah is currently leading the firm’s AI R&D efforts in its Applied Intelligence practice. Prior to her current role, Sarah was Linklaters’ Technology Counsel, responsible for regulatory risk globally in relation to technology, GenAI, data and innovation, and COO of the firm’s legal tech arm. Sarah graduated from Johns Hopkins University, has a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Sarah is an outcome thinker.
