Sam Kini is the Global Chief Information and Chief Information Security Officer at Unilever, a leading multinational consumer goods company. In her CIO role, she is responsible for enterprise architecture and the running, development and delivery of all business technology platforms, driving innovation and digital transformation. In 2024, she also took on the additional role of Unilever’s Chief Information Security Officer, where she leads the team responsible for cyber and the information security for the business. She has over 20 years of experience in IT-focused executive and non-executive roles and has been recognised as one of the top leaders in technology in 2023 and 2024.
