Massy has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services sector, the last twenty years in commercial real estate, working in international Senior Executive roles for companies such as GE Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield Investors, and Deloitte LLP in senior Executive roles, both as an advisor and in-house.

Massy is a Senior Independent Director at Regional REIT plc, a UK listed REIT. Her previous Non-Executive roles include London & Partners Ltd, a social enterprise responsible for accessing and promoting international trade, investment and tourism into the London economy, and Orbit Group, a large national housing association. She is also a Trustee of UP Projects, a charity focused on public art, which is part funded by the Arts Council.
