As an Arcadis Director, Liz is responsible for the Department for Education (DfE) account, overseeing major programmes such as the School Rebuild Programme, Condition Data Collection and Capital Adviser Programme. With over 20 years of experience spanning the public, private, and commercial sectors, Liz is recognized for her proven ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary school project programmes through a variety of procurement and contractual routes.

A Chartered Building Surveyor by background, Liz expertly blends technical knowledge with strategic leadership, enabling her to drive successful outcomes and impactful solutions to educational and infrastructure challenges. 

Liz’s leadership extends beyond project delivery with her frequently leading and participating in roundtable and panel discussions to shape education and infrastructure policy.
