Ibelema Emeh is the owner of Setax Training & Consultancy Ltd and the co-founder of LikeMinds Technovations Limited.

She holds a BSc degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences & European Studies from the University of Greenwich, MSc from Kings College-University of London, MBA from the Brunel Business School London. She is also a certified trainer and a registered Prince2 Practitioner.

Ibelema has over 15 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry; having worked with various companies such as GlaxoSmith Kline, Shire, Roche, etc. She has also provided consulting services to UNIDO ‑United Nations Industrial Development Organisation and AUDA ‑NEPAD.

Ibelema works as a ​“Responsible Person” consultant, supporting SME pharmaceutical companies with their quality management systems, training and support and advice on business growth and sustainability. She is currently developing an accredited digital marketing module targeting this sector Ibelema is very passionate about growing and developing businesses in the pharmaceutical sector as she strongly believes to every problem there is a solution; you just need to find that solution.

Finally, I she is member of the of the federation of small businesses and volunteers in the Health and Wellbeing group Policy group and the Skills group.
