Abi Goodwin is Group Director of People Experience at Sky, where she leads the end‑to‑end employee experience, People Technology and AI, and People Services. She is passionate about making work simpler, more connected and easier to navigate, bringing together people, technology and data to remove friction and help employees do their best work every day.
