Responding to the launch of the new ATLAS (Advisory Team for Large Applications) LDN and NHA (New Homes Accelerator) LDN services for London, John Dickie, Chief Executive at BusinessLDN, said:
“The launch of ATLAS LDN and NHA LDN will help unlock stalled sites and increase development across the capital.
“We particularly welcome the approach of supporting both local planning authorities and applicants, with this tried and tested model having already proven to speed delivery in other parts of the country.
“Improving resourcing is an issue we have worked closely on with the Mayor of London, London Councils and our members, and it is encouraging to see this reflected in the design of ATLAS LDN.
