BusinessLDN response to the Revised National Planning Policy Framework Consultation

BusinessLDN has responded to the Government’s consultation on the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). We are broadly supportive of the updated framework, including its clearer and more streamlined structure, and welcome efforts to simplify and strengthen national planning policy. In our response we highlight the importance of ensuring that the revised NPPF supports housing and economic growth in London, provides clarity for decision-makers and developers, and helps to speed up the planning process while maintaining a plan-led system.
