BusinessLDN response to the GLA consultation on supporting housebuilding in London

BusinessLDN has responded to the Greater London Authority’s consultation on supporting housebuilding in London. That response focuses on proposals to relax certain design standards and introduce a new Time-limited Planning Route for schemes that can deliver 20% affordable housing, and assesses how these changes could go further in reducing the barriers to delivery, provide greater certainty, and help unlock stalled housing schemes in London.
