This event will explore key GLA initiatives driving London’s development, including the work of GLA Land and Property Limited (GLAP), interventions aimed at supporting more SMEs to build, coordination activity across public landowners in the capital, and the use of grant and investment programmes to kick-start development such as the New Homes Accelerator Fund and the City Hall Developer Investment Fund.
The event will also hear from the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation on progress it has made in pooling land owned by a range of public landowners to advance the regeneration of a new canal-side district which will unlock plans for 8,000 homes and 11,000 jobs.
