This roundtable, part of the London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) consultation process, will focus on the region’s evolving hospitality workforce needs to inform the 2026 LSIP report.
We’re seeking your insights, experiences, and ideas to help identify emerging skills gaps, shape training priorities, and ensure London’s hospitality workforce is equipped to thrive in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
From tackling staff shortages and skills gaps, to supporting career development, and enhancing customer service, your input will help us better understand the key challenges and opportunities facing the sector today and in the years ahead.
