Can a new approach to public-private partnerships help London to deliver 88,000 homes a year?
Join us for a roundtable discussion about how the public and private sectors can forge new partnerships to kick-start housing supply in the capital. The Government has been quick to increase housebuilding targets and reform national planning policy with more changes to come. Set against this evolving national policy landscape, the Greater London Authority has begun to review and consult on a revised version of London Plan.
Our keynote speaker, Jules Pipe MBE, Deputy Mayor for Planning and Regeneration will set out his views on new partnerships and structures that the public and private sector should be looking at to increase housing supply and how a revised London Plan can help catalyse housing delivering and economic growth in the capital. Barratt London will provide a private sector perspective after which the conversation will be opened up to a wider debate. With attendees drawn from across the public and private sectors, we hope you will be able to join us for what will be an informative and lively discussion before the formal start of UKREiiF.
