Mark Middleton is a Commercial Bank Director at NatWest, where he has spent more than two decades helping businesses grow, invest and navigate change. 

Alongside his banking career, Mark has become an active voice in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence. He sits on NatWest’s AI governance and adoption forums, represents the bank on the BusinessLDN – Deloitte AI Steering Group, and regularly works with senior leaders, technology teams and frontline colleagues to explore how AI can create meaningful value for customers and colleagues  

Outside of work, Mark continues to develop Alfred. A personal AI Chief of Staff concept designed to help people think more clearly, make better decisions and build a richer understanding of their own lives.
