Why attend? 
This webinar, part of the London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) consultation process, will focus on the region’s evolving health and social care workforce needs to inform the 2026 LSIP report. 

We’re seeking your insights, experiences, and ideas to help identify emerging skills gaps, shape training priorities, and ensure London’s workforce is equipped to deliver high-quality care in a changing landscape. 

From addressing shortages in frontline roles and back-office functions to supporting career progression, embedding digital literacy, building competencies, and new models of integrated care, your input will help us better understand the challenges and opportunities facing the sectors.
