The third London edition of Who Lives in Build to Rent will provide a market overview of the build-to-rent sector in London and an insight into the typical resident demographics of those living in build-to-rent homes in the capital. Breakfast Roundtable with the Climate Change Committee

At this round table businesses will have the opportunity to hear from Climate Change Committee representatives on the role and challenges of the Carbon Offsetting market towards the progress to Net Zero. The CCC published their Voluntary Carbon Markets and Offsetting Report in October 2022, which sets out the evidence on the risks and opportunities associated with carbon offsets. According to the report’s findings, the lack of guidance, standards, and regulations underpinning carbon offsetting risks slowing a transition to net zero.
