The London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is gathering insight from employers, further education providers and higher education providers across the capital to build a clear picture of current and emerging skills needs. We want to understand the challenges faced – whether that’s recruiting the right people, upskilling existing staff, adapting to new technologies, or preparing for future industry changes.

By sharing your experiences, you’ll play a direct role in shaping how training providers, colleges, and policymakers respond. Your feedback will help ensure that courses, qualifications, and employment support in London genuinely reflect what employers require to stay competitive and grow.
