We’re seeking your insights, experiences, and ideas to help identify emerging skills gaps, shape training priorities, and ensure London’s workforce remains at the forefront of a dynamic and globally competitive sector.

From addressing shortages in digital finance and compliance roles to advancing fintech innovation, embedding data and AI capabilities across professional services, and supporting the growth of sustainable and inclusive financial practices, your input will help us better understand the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of financial and professional services in London.
