BusinessLDN response to the MHCLG consultation on the proposed London Housing Emergency Measures

This consultation response sets out BusinessLDN’s views on MHCLG’s proposals for emergency measures to support housebuilding in London. It focuses in particular on changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and the Mayor’s call in powers, and considers how these measures could go further to improve development viability and accelerate the delivery of new homes, including affordable housing, across the capital.
