BusinessLDN consultation response - Technical consultation on implementing measures to improve Build Out transparency

We welcome the opportunity to respond to the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s consultation on improving build-out transparency. While we have also responded to the related ​‘Speeding up build out’ consultation, we believe it is essential to first implement the new data reporting measures under the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023. This will ensure any future policy interventions are informed by a clearer understanding of delivery challenges.
