Join us for a roundtable discussion, in partnership with Ballymore, exploring the role of housing-led town centre regeneration in London.
With a raft of Government planning and housing reform underway and with a review of the London Plan in its early stages, new policy foundations are being laid to dramatically increase housebuilding in the capital and across the country. Attention will soon start to focus on delivery – where can these homes be built and who is best positioned to build them?
This discussion will focus on the important role that rejuvenating London’s town centres can play in both supporting a step-change in housebuilding while creating places people want to be in – to shop, socialise and interact with public services. There is huge opportunity to deliver a social and economic dividend from development, but how can London unlock its town centres for the benefit of all?
