Supporting housing delivery and public service infrastructure

We support the Government’s efforts to increase housing delivery and find new sources of housing land supply. Furthermore, we supported the introduction of new Class E in 2020 to provide our commercial centres with enhanced flexibility to change between different Commercial, Business and Service uses without the need for planning permission.
