Suzanne is Commercial Director at NCFE, where she has held a range of senior responsibilities spanning apprenticeship operations, product management, and most recently leading NCFE’s strategy on devolution and adult learning. NCFE is a leading education charity delivering awarding, assessment, and learning technologies and resources.

With over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, Suzanne has held senior leadership roles across training providers and further education colleges. She brings extensive expertise in curriculum design and delivery, quality assurance, funding, strategic planning, and organisational transformation.

Suzanne also has a strong interest in student support, welfare and inclusion. She is a governor and Lead SEND Governor at New College Durham, where she also chairs the Education, Quality and Curriculum Standards Committee.

She began her career in the commercial sector with BT, before moving into recruitment with Reed Employment, where she managed regional operations and developed strong expertise in partnership and relationship management prior to transitioning into education.
