
Natasha Stern
Partner, McKinsey & Company
Natasha is a Partner at McKinsey & Company’s London office, where she has worked since 2002. Natasha serves a wide range of clients on strategy, growth, transformation and resilience topics. She co-leads McKinsey’s work on Digital, Technology and Analytics topics for the public sector in Europe. She works closely with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and with Digital McKinsey to bring the power of AI, hybrid intelligence and digital technologies to help organisations reinvent themselves and accelerate sustainable and inclusive growth. Natasha is passionate about diverse leadership development and is lead faculty on McKinsey’s flagship professional programmes.
Natasha has also worked for UK’s Prime Minister’s Delivery Office; as a fellow in the office of the CEO of Boston Medical Centre; and volunteered with Link Community Development in South Africa.
Natasha has a degree in Economics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, where she was a Fulbright Scholar.
