Hayley Rees is Managing Director of PIC Capital at Pension Insurance Corporation, where she leads investment strategy and origination for private assets including long term purposeful investments PIC requires in order to pay the pensions of its current and future policyholders. With over two decades of experience in financial services, Hayley has held senior roles at Legal & General Retirement and Barclays, specializing in infrastructure, real assets and structured finance investments. Hayley also serves as Chair of Cardiff University Investment and Banking Committee.
