Response to Greater London Authority unlocking housing consultation

BusinessLDN’s response to the Greater London Authority’s latest consultation on unlocking delivery of more homes in the capital. 

The document covers our position on Opportunity Areas, grey belt and Metropolitican Open Land reviews, increasing resource in local authority planning teams, bringing brownfield build costs in-line with wider capital investment incentives and establishment of a City Hall-owned developer.
