BusinessLDN consultation response to the Ministry of Justice judicial review reforms

BusinessLDN supports extending the judicial review reforms introduced for NSIPs to other strategically important developments, provided that the reforms are targeted, access to justice is maintained, and the courts have sufficient capacity to meet the relevant timescales. Done well, these reforms could provide greater certainty for businesses and investors and support the timely delivery of the homes and infrastructure London needs to grow.
