BusinessLDN consultation response to the Draft Heathrow Expansion National Policy Statement (HENPS)

BusinessLDN has responded to the Government’s consultation on the draft Heathrow Expansion National Policy Statement (HENPS). We strongly support Heathrow expansion as a major opportunity to drive economic growth, strengthen the UK’s global competitiveness and unlock billions of pounds of private investment. Our response highlights Heathrow’s vital role in supporting trade, inward investment, jobs and connectivity across the UK, and calls on the Government to provide the policy certainty needed to deliver expansion while ensuring robust environmental safeguards and improved sustainable surface access.
