Victoria is a Policy Manager at BusinessLDN, where she supports initiatives on People, Skills, and Sustainability. She plays a pivotal part in delivering the London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), collaborating with employers, educators, and London’s sub-regions to advance the Government’s skills agenda. Her policy portfolio encompasses immigration, diversity and inclusion, childcare, skills, and broader employment issues. Victoria also supports BusinessLDN’s sustainability workstream, notably working on the BusinessLDN-GLA Sustainability Forum, contributing policy insights to promote a greener capital. She also manages select member relationships, ensuring high-quality engagement and value across our network.
