Join London First for a special leadership event with Rob Webb QC, Chairman of Luminance, in conversation with Deputy Assistant Commissioner Bas Javid, Metropolitan Police Service. The conversation will demonstrate how two leaders from very different walks of life share universal challenges and also touch upon how advances in digital technology and AI enable them to be better leaders. Rob was previously Chairman of Darktrace, Autonomy, and BBC Worldwide and General Counsel at Rolls-Royce and at British Airways, while Bas spent six years in the Royal Navy before starting his policing career in 1993, with stints at Avon and Somerset Constabulary and West Midlands Police.
