Future of Work: How employers and universities can meet AI skills challenges

BusinessLDN and the University of London are working together to consider what the growing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) tools might mean for tomorrow’s professional services workforce, their skills and their career paths.

AI tools have the potential to enhance productivity by automating routine tasks and boosting many workers’ performance, but also to disrupt traditional forms of graduate recruitment, professional development and career progression. And unlike previous waves of technological change, AI will have the deepest impacts for professional services roles, for graduates and for London’s economy.
