Join us for the second in a series of two briefings with TfL about their property development programme.
TfL owns a 5,700 acre estate that includes land and properties with huge potential for creating the homes and jobs that London needs. TfL landholdings can play a vital role in meeting the Mayor’s priorities to build affordable homes, while generating revenue to invest the capital’s transport network.
This webinar will focus on TfL’s commercial property development activity, particularly development above stations; its considerable retail holdings including its portfolio of Arches and how improvements to these assets can deliver social and community benefits; its approach to jobs, skills and training and the role of inclusion and diversity within that; and the role that innovation will play in its property development programme.
Joining us on the panel from TfL will be:
• Graeme Craig, Director of Commercial Development
• Laura Miller, Senior Construction Skills Manager
• Siobhan Jared, Senior Business and Customer Performance Manager
• Sovina Vernon-White, Principal Property Surveyor
In collaboration with Grimshaw
